Bare-Bottom Billboard Stays

A woman’s near-bare behind can stay plastered on a New Jersey billboard, a Superior Court judge ruled.

The billboard is promoting the musical Moonshine Follies at Resorts in Atlantic City, and the “mooning” on the advertisement has been called inappropriate by some community members and New Jersey Transit, The Press of Atlantic City reported.

Resorts CEO Dennis Gomes, noted from some off-beat promotions when he ran the Tropicana, said the transit overreacted.

Talk about EXPOSURE! If the people in AC would put their efforts toward cleaning up the streets and boardwalks more people would want to come and visit. The whole idea of this billboard is to advertise to get people to come to the City. A billboard of a semi naked rear end is not the end of the world. And when you consider what is on television today and so-called standards, these complainers should re-think what they are griping about. In other words: no BUTTS about it, this whole thing CRACKS me up; People need to focus on the real BOTTOM line – such as the crime rate; garbage debris on the streets; rebuilding economic value of the City and creating jobs… there now – go howl at that MOON!
