Northfield, NJ – Casino Careers has had quite the year when it comes to assisting both employers and job seekers. The company created a free electronic job feed process for annual clients, saving them thousands of dollars in annual ATS fees, and the salaries and time associated with manual job posting.

“Our electronic feed automatically lists our clients’ opportunities on our job board," said Dan King, IT Manager. "Our focus on creating an efficient system for employers to post jobs, review applicant resumes and communicate with qualified candidates, has resulted in the 90% retention rate we have with our annual clients.”

In July, Casino Careers announced a partnership with TopResume, one of the largest resume-writing service in the world. Job seekers who upload a resume to the Casino Careers website now have the option to have their resume reviewed for free by TopResume.

“We are delighted to partner with an organization that has the same goal - to help others present their expertise in the best light, so as to attain opportunities to advance professionally and care for their families,” said Beth Deighan, president of Casino Careers.

Casino Careers is bringing the advantages of TopResume’s services to G2E this year by offering a promotion in which conference attendees can participate at the company’s booth in the exhibit hall.

Participants can drop off a business card at booth 3512 to enter a contest to win an Executive Priority Resume Rewrite package from TopResume, by a writer specialized in the gaming/hospitality industry. The winner receives a resume, cover letter, and a LinkedIn profile rewrite, which has a value of $349.00.

“We are delighted to work with Casino Careers to sponsor this promotion,” said Todd Goldstein, Executive VP of Business Development of Talent, Inc.

“According to the American Gaming Association, the US gaming industry directly employs 727,000 people, Goldstein noted. “A sector to which Casino Careers has provided talent acquisition services for 20 years.”

Over 380 companies are exhibiting at the Global Gaming Expo, and at least 20,000 managers and executives attend the tradeshow. Companies who are not currently using the Casino Careers Job Board, may enter a drawing to win a free 1 month/1 Job Posting account for their organization.

“It’s always fun to see our clients and friends at the show,” Deighan said with a smile. “It’s our annual opportunity to share our accomplishments, challenges and goals.”
The company will be exhibiting at the Global Gaming Expo in booth 3512. Staff members are also available at their office in Northfield, NJ to personally assist employers seeking talent for their career opportunities.
