Steve Norton is CEO of Norton Management, offering professional management and operational services to casino and hospitality projects.  

His long history in the hostpitality and gaming industries includes executive and C-level positions at Resorts Atlantic City, Sands Las Vegas, Gold River in Laughlin, and Argosy Gaming.  

Additionally, Steve has assisted several state legislatures through the process of consideration and/or establishment of gaming, including New Jersey, Illinois, Louisiana, Missouri, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Hawaii and Michigan.
